Should you have an emergency after 5:00 p.m. and before 8 a.m. weekdays, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, please call the Customer Care Hotline.

What constitutes an Emergency?

  • Sewer back up
  • Flooding of your home
  • Air conditioner does not work
  • Excessive damage from wind or storms
  • Fire or smoke damage
  • Lack of heat when the outside temperature is less than 50 degrees
  • Refrigerator does not work
  • The range does not work
  • No hot water
  • Gas smell
  • The smoke detector does not work
